This 3" inlet Cat-Back™ system includes NPP dual mode exhaust valves (NO DFM valves on Z06). It delivers the aggressive ATAK® sound with no drone inside the vehicle. The system contains our patented SwitchFire™ design that truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound. Tips NOT Included, tips exit thru the Original Equipment (O.E.) tips mounted in the valance, reuse O.E. tips, or install optional BORLA® tips 60740CFSB. Upgrade the sound and performance character of your 2023-2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 with the Borla 140957 ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust System. Designed specifically for the 5.5L V8 with factory NPP dual-mode exhaust valves, this system delivers Borla’s aggressive ATAK sound while helping maintain a comfortable, drone-free interior. The system uses a 3-inch inlet and is engineered to work with the Z06’s exhaust configuration without DFM valves.

Patented SwitchFire technology blends combustion pulses from both sides of the engine to support improved exhaust flow, enhanced performance, and a distinctive exhaust note. Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, the system is engineered for long-term durability and backed by Borla’s Million Mile Warranty. Included heat shielding helps protect the Corvette from excessive exhaust heat, while the passenger-side NPP valve wire harness extension supports proper installation.

This Borla ATAK system reuses the original equipment exhaust tips mounted in the rear valance, so replacement tips are not included. Optional Borla tips, including part number 60740CFSB, may be installed separately. After installation, the NPP valve controllers must be recalibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends having this service completed by an authorized Chevrolet dealer. This product is not CARB approved, and applicable emissions requirements should be reviewed before installation.
