Includes 2) 3" O.D. x 2.25" O.D. x 7" long adapters for clamp on installation to the stock exhaust system. Do not use the adapters for full 3” inlets. Muffler contains Polyphonic Harmonizer technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. This system features the aggressive ATAK(r) sound with no drone inside the vehicle and 4" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and is for vehicles WITHOUT the Active Exhaust feature. Using BORLA(r) Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and carbon fiber tips are also available. If your car has 1 tip on each muffler and you want to upgrade it to 2 tips on each muffler this is the system for you. It is designed to work with the quad tip (2 tips per muffler) O.E. Ford Valance ONLY. If you want to install this system on a vehicle that came with one tip per muffler you will need to buy and install a different valance. Each muffler is configured with dual outlets and finished with 4-inch black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips for a distinctive quad-tip appearance. This system is intended for coupes without the factory Active Exhaust feature and is not compatible with convertible models.

The kit includes adapters for clamp-on installation to the stock exhaust system. Do not use the supplied adapters with full 3-inch inlets. Installation requires the factory Ford quad-tip valance, and vehicles equipped with one tip per muffler require a valance change before installation. Compatible Ford quad-tip valance options include PR3Z-17F828-DA for vehicles with parking sensors and PR3Z-17F828-CA for vehicles without parking sensors. Vehicle modification may be required.
