Borla 141015BC ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust System for 2020–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 7.3L V8

This dual 2.75" diameter into single 3.5" Cat-Back™ system was developed for F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (Including Tremor Models) trucks with 6.8L and 7.3L engines with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The muffler is specifically designed utilizing BORLA®'S Polyphonic Harmonizer technology and delivers the aggressive ATAK® sound without any drone. This system can be adapted to the different wheelbases offered by Ford. 141015BC comes with the front extension pipe for the Crew Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") 160" Wheelbase configuration. By removing the front extension pipe it will fit the Regular Cab with Long Bed (8') 142" Wheelbase. Add 60691 for Extended (Super) Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") 148" Wheelbase, 60692 for Extended (Super) Cab with Long Bed (8') 164" Wheelbase, or 60693 for Crew Cab with Long Bed (8') 176" Wheelbase vehicles. The system features a 5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A system with a bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip is also available. Upgrade your 2020–2025 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty with the Borla 141015BC ATAK Cat-Back™ Exhaust System. Designed for trucks equipped with the 7.3L V8 or 2023–2025 6.8L V8 and automatic transmission, this system delivers improved exhaust flow, aggressive sound, and durable performance. It fits select two- and four-wheel-drive Regular Cab Long Bed and Crew Cab Short Bed configurations, including Tremor models, but is not compatible with dual rear-wheel vehicles.

The system uses Borla’s patented straight-through and multi-core technology, along with Polyphonic Harmonizer technology, to produce the aggressive ATAK® exhaust note without unwanted cabin drone. Precision mandrel bends promote smooth exhaust flow, while computer-controlled manufacturing supports a precise fit. The components are constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The included 5-inch round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tip provides a distinctive finished appearance. Borla stainless steel polish part number 21499 is not recommended for the black chrome tip; clean it with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead.

Borla 141015BC includes the front extension pipe for Crew Cab Short Bed trucks with a 160-inch wheelbase. Removing the extension pipe allows fitment on Regular Cab Long Bed trucks with a 142-inch wheelbase. Additional Borla extension components are required for other wheelbase configurations, including Extended Cab Short Bed, Extended Cab Long Bed, and Crew Cab Long Bed models. The system is backed by Borla’s Million-Mile Warranty. Applicable emissions requirements should be reviewed before installation; this product requires the appropriate emissions acknowledgement where required.
