The Borla 40474 Universal Transverse Flow Muffler is designed for custom exhaust systems and applications inspired by the rear-axle layout used on GM F-Body Camaro and Firebird models. Its transverse configuration places the muffler parallel to the axle, while the single 3-inch offset inlet and dual 2.5-inch offset outlets support a practical dual-exit exhaust arrangement. One outlet is positioned on the same end as the inlet, while the second outlet is located on the opposite end.

Constructed from high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla 40474 provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
