The Borla 60548 Merge X-Pipe is a performance exhaust component designed for 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 models, including Stingray, Grand Sport, and Z06 versions equipped with the 6.2L V8 engine. It fits automatic or manual transmissions and rear-wheel-drive applications, with or without AFM valves and/or NPP dual-mode exhaust valves. This 2.75-inch performance X-pipe is engineered to improve exhaust flow, support increased power potential, and produce a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone when paired with compatible Borla axle-back systems.

Installation requires cutting the original equipment exhaust system behind the secondary catalytic converters, followed by clamping the Borla 60548 into position. The design retains the factory catalytic converters and works between the original catalytic converters and Borla axle-back systems. When combined with a compatible axle-back system, it forms a complete Cat-Back™ exhaust system. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends help minimize restriction, while precision CNC manufacturing promotes consistent fitment.

Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla 60548 is built for long-term corrosion resistance and durability compared with conventional T-400-series stainless steel materials.
