This 2.75" diameter X-Pipe With Mid-Pipes is for use with Borla(r) Axle-Back systems ONLY. When combined with an Axle-Back system it creates a Cat-Back(tm) System. The 60607 contains a Merge X-Pipe to unleash hidden horsepower and create a custom sound. The 60607 ELIMINATES the AFM valves. It is intended for manual transmission equipped vehicles that did not come with AFM valves, but can also be used to delete AFM valves on automatic vehicles. Deleting the AFM valves will cause a check engine light to be activated. Use X-Pipe with Mid-Pipes 60610 for vehicles with AFM valves. If you are looking to dampen the sound of a system with the 60607 the Mid-Pipes in it can be replaced with resonator 60608. Designed for use exclusively with Borla Axle-Back systems, this component transforms the combination into a complete cat-back exhaust system. The integrated merge X-pipe helps improve exhaust flow, support increased horsepower, and produce a refined, performance-oriented exhaust note.

The Borla 60607 eliminates the factory Active Fuel Management (AFM) valves and is intended for manual-transmission vehicles that were not equipped with AFM valves. It may also be used to delete AFM valves on automatic-transmission vehicles; however, removing the valves can activate a check engine light. Vehicles equipped with AFM valves should use Borla 60610 instead. For sound reduction, the included mid-pipes can be replaced with Borla resonator 60608. This system fits 2016–2024 Chevrolet Camaro SS and 2020–2024 LT1 6.2L V8 models with automatic or manual transmissions, excluding convertibles.
