The Borla 60667 resonator is designed to dampen sound in select Borla Cat-Back exhaust systems for 2019–2026 Ram 1500 trucks equipped with the 5.7L V8 engine, including e-Torque applications. It is intended for specific configurations with automatic transmissions and two- or four-wheel drive, including Quad Cab models with the standard bed and Crew Cab models with short or standard beds. This resonator is not compatible with competitor exhaust systems or Original Equipment (O.E.) systems.

Installation requires cutting the small front muffler from the original exhaust system and replacing it with the Borla 60667. The resonator features 3-inch inside-diameter inlet and outlet connections and an overall length of 18.875 inches for integration with compatible Borla systems. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends support efficient exhaust flow, while precision CNC manufacturing promotes accurate fitment and consistent construction.

Manufactured from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla 60667 provides improved corrosion resistance and long-term durability compared with lower-grade T-400-series materials such as 409 stainless steel. Borla backs this direct-fit resonator with its Million-Mile Warranty. This application does not fit 2025 Ram 1500 models with the 5.7L engine. Professional installation is recommended because cutting and exhaust-system modification are required.

Fitment

Fits select 2019–2026 Ram 1500 5.7L V8 applications with automatic transmission, two- or four-wheel drive, and qualifying Quad Cab or Crew Cab configurations. Verify the truck’s cab, bed, wheelbase, drivetrain, model year, and existing Borla Cat-Back system before ordering. Does not fit 2025 models with the 5.7L engine, competitor systems, or O.E. exhaust systems.
