Borla ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust System 141017BC for 2017-2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 6.2L V8

This dual 2.75" diameter into single 3.5" Cat-Back™ system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The system features BORLA®'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. The muffler is specifically designed to give the 6.2L engine the aggressive ATAK® sound without any drone inside the vehicle. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed mandrel bent pipes ensure maximum flow for horsepower and torque along with an accurate fit. The system features a 5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A system with a bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip is also available. This system can be adapted to the different wheelbases offered by Ford. 140798 includes the front extension pipe for the Crew Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") 160" Wheelbase configuration. By removing the front extension pipe it will fit the Regular Cab with Long Bed (8') 142" Wheelbase. Add PN 60691 for Extended (Super Cab) with Short Bed (6' 9") 148" Wheelbase, PN 60692 for Extended (Super Cab) with Long Bed (8') 164" Wheelbase, or PN 60693 for Crew Cab with Long Bed (8') 176" Wheelbase vehicles. NONE of these systems or configurations will fit trucks with dual rear wheels. Its dual 2.75-inch inlet configuration transitions into a single 3.5-inch outlet for a balanced combination of exhaust flow, performance, and sound.

Borla Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology uses patented components with pipes of varying diameters and lengths to produce multiple exhaust notes that harmonize into a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. CNC-formed mandrel-bent tubing supports consistent airflow while helping maintain accurate fitment. The system is constructed entirely from durable T-304 stainless steel and includes a 5-inch round black chrome exhaust tip. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21461 on the black chrome tip; clean it with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead. Borla backs its stainless steel exhaust systems with a Million Mile warranty.

This exhaust system is configured for Regular Cab with Long Bed trucks using the 142-inch wheelbase and Crew Cab with Short Bed trucks using the 160-inch wheelbase. Removing the front extension pipe allows installation on the Regular Cab with Long Bed configuration. Extended Cab and Crew Cab with Long Bed applications require additional adapters: part number 60691 for Extended Cab Short Bed, 60692 for Extended Cab Long Bed, or 60693 for Crew Cab Long Bed. The system does not fit trucks equipped with dual rear wheels. Fitment includes 2017-2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty models with the 6.2L V8, automatic transmission, and two- or four-wheel drive.
