Constructed from high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla ProXS Muffler offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Its fully welded construction provides added strength, while the free-flow design supports improved exhaust performance. High-temperature continuous-filament fiber acoustic material helps control sound while maintaining the performance characteristics expected from Borla's ProXS line. The natural mill finish may be brushed or polished before installation to suit the desired appearance.

This universal automotive muffler is backed by Borla's Million-Mile Warranty and is made in the USA. The notched neck design is intended for clamp-in installation with 1-inch-wide band clamps, while the alternate un-notched version is Borla part number 40353. For installations using wider band clamps, Borla recommends 3-inch-wide band clamps. This muffler is supplied as a universal component and may require custom fitting, exhaust tubing, hangers, or additional installation hardware depending on the vehicle and exhaust layout.
