This 22" x 10" x 4" Horizontal Flow Core is rated for 900 WHP and the perfect fit for your custom high-performance intercooler. Each CSF Intercooler core is pressure tested at 120psi for maximum reliability in extreme boost applications. Hand-Built using jigs & fixtures for a perfectly straight core in a clean room using gloves inside the CSF factory to ensure proper brazing and a clean surface for future welding. Featuring a multi-louvered high precision staggered fin design (for both ambient and pressure sides of the core) for the best heat transfer possible. The CSF Magnum 900+ HP Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is a universal cooling product designed for custom high-performance intercooler applications. Its horizontal-flow core is rated for 900 WHP and requires custom work and/or fabrication for installation. CSF recommends using a qualified installation facility if you are not confident performing the installation.

Hand-built inside the CSF cooling factory using jigs and fixtures, the core is designed to provide a straight surface for easier welding. Manufacturing takes place in a clean room with gloves to help ensure proper brazing and a clean surface for future welding. The multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides supports efficient heat transfer.

Each core is individually pressure tested at 120 psi for reliability in extreme boost applications. The core is batch brazed in CSF's digital vacuum brazing oven and undergoes quality control and individual testing. It is individually boxed and protected for transport. This CSF intercooler core is not CARB approved.
