Heat Shroud is made from a high temperature rated glass fiber fabric with an aluminized outer facing. Same as Heat Sheath but with the added convenience of hook & loop closure design along the open edges. Without the need of removing one end of connected wires, cables and hoses, simply wrap Heat Shroud around whatever needs protection and close edges. Constructed from high-temperature glass fiber fabric with an aluminized outer facing, this protective sleeve reflects up to 90% of radiant heat while helping shield components from oil, dirt, road grime, abrasion, and flame exposure.

The convenient hook-and-loop closure allows the Heat Shroud to wrap around existing lines and harnesses for quick, tool-free installation. Simply cut the material to the desired length, position it around the component, and secure the closure. The flexible design can follow tight bends, while the adjustable fit accommodates line and hose diameters from 1/2 inch to 1-1/4 inches. Reinforced aramid thread and 19-ounce high-temperature heat-treated glass fiber construction provide durability in demanding engine-bay environments.

This DEI Heat Shroud is supplied as one 50-foot roll and is proudly manufactured in the USA. It is designed for universal automotive applications and can be easily trimmed for custom installations.
