DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap with LR Technology is a high-performance exhaust insulation solution for automotive and motorcycle applications. The DEI Titanium wrap withstands up to 1,800°F of direct heat and 2,500°F of intermittent heat. By helping retain exhaust heat, it can promote improved exhaust gas flow and reduce surrounding temperatures, while also helping limit vibration-related breakdown. The roll does not require pre-wetting before installation, and DEI HT Silicone Coating is not required. The material offers high resistance to abrasion, oil spills, heat, and vibration.

This universal exhaust wrap is supplied as one 50-foot roll measuring 2 inches wide. Do not wrap catalytic converters, as excessive heat may reduce converter service life. The wrap should also not be installed on titanium exhaust systems, flex pipes, or flex joints. Once heat cycled, the fibers lose their initial flexibility, so the wrap is not designed to be removed or repositioned after installation. Follow appropriate installation and safety procedures, and verify application suitability before use.
