The Diode Dynamics C1R HitchMount LED Pod Wiring Harness connects compatible C1R LED pods to the factory wiring on select Ford F-150 models. Designed for a straightforward installation, the harness connects directly to the vehicle’s factory connectors beneath the bumper, eliminating the need to create custom wiring connections.

When paired with C1R HitchMount LED pods, this harness adds useful rear lighting functions. The pods can operate as additional red running lights, provide an additional fourth brake light when the brake pedal is applied, and automatically switch to a high-output reverse light when the vehicle is placed in reverse. The integrated dual Deutsch DT output connectors support connection to compatible lighting configurations, while high-capacity 10 AWG wiring helps provide reliable power delivery.

Diode Dynamics part number DD4149 is designed and assembled in the United States and is intended for use with a C1R LED pod installed in the trailer hitch receiver of a 2015-2020 Ford F-150. Installation is designed to be completed in approximately five minutes when the vehicle and lighting components are properly equipped. An optional SafetyStrobe function is also supported for compatible applications. This package includes one wiring harness. LED pods are not included.
