Built for repeated heavy braking, the EBC Redstuff compound provides a nominal friction coefficient of approximately 0.50 and high resistance to heat fade. Testing has shown stopping-distance improvements of up to 43 feet compared with original-equipment pads during braking from 100 mph. Drivers should allow for a gradual break-in period, which may extend to approximately 1,000 miles as the pads conform to the brake rotor surface.

Each pad features EBC Brake-In surface coating to help condition the rotor and accelerate the bedding process. The low-dust ceramic formulation keeps wheels cleaner while maintaining responsive pedal feel and dependable street performance.
