All EBC rotors are made from OE spec grey cast iron, exactly as used on new car production and as many as we have tools for are BRITISH MADE wholly in our own UK foundry. Currently EVERY SINGLE ROTOR sold in Europe and the UK is BRITISH MADE and a majority of the designs specific to the USA are also BRITISH made.The British foundry is constantly expanding its in house tooled range but EBC like every brake manufacturer ....does need occasionally to buy some rotors in from approved sources to complete ranges in overseas markets. None of our competitors will ever tell you where their rotors come from and we at EBC are as disappointed as the rest of the world that cost pressure means there is not ONE foundry left in the USA to supply such parts, other brake brands when asked about origin will just sidestep the question. The GD Sport rotor design uses wide directional slots to help remove dirt, dust, gas, and debris from the braking zone while promoting cooler brake operation. This can help reduce brake fade during repeated stops, extended highway driving, towing, or operation under heavy loads. The protected finish is selected for the application, with black anodized treatment for domestic vehicles, helping the rotor resist surface corrosion before installation and during normal service.

EBC GD7401 front rotors are engineered for a direct-fit installation on compatible 2003 and newer Chevrolet Express 3500 vans equipped with the 6.0L engine and single rear wheel configuration. The center bore is designed for the original vehicle hub, and the rotor is intended to work with the factory braking system when installed with compatible pads and properly serviced components. Professional installation and inspection of the complete brake system are recommended. This product may carry a California Proposition 65 warning.
