All EBC rotors are made from OE spec grey cast iron, exactly as used on new car production and as many as we have tools for are BRITISH MADE wholly in our own UK foundry. Currently EVERY SINGLE ROTOR sold in Europe and the UK is BRITISH MADE and a majority of the designs specific to the USA are also BRITISH made.The British foundry is constantly expanding its in house tooled range but EBC like every brake manufacturer ....does need occasionally to buy some rotors in from approved sources to complete ranges in overseas markets. None of our competitors will ever tell you where their rotors come from and we at EBC are as disappointed as the rest of the world that cost pressure means there is not ONE foundry left in the USA to supply such parts, other brake brands when asked about origin will just sidestep the question. When we do buy rotors in, they are specified, sampled, tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness and optimum ductility and tested 100 piece by piece to be perfect for runout on this in house machine. Brief Description: EBC GD7535 GD Sport rear brake rotors are engineered for dependable braking performance on select Lexus RX350 applications. Manufactured from OE-spec gray cast iron, these rotors are designed to provide consistent friction characteristics, effective heat management, and reliable durability for everyday driving, towing, truck, SUV, and sedan use. The application is designed for vehicles using FMSI brake pad number D1391.

The EBC GD Sport rotor design uses wide directional slots to help remove dirt, dust, gas, and debris from the braking area while promoting cooler brake operation. This helps reduce brake fade during repeated stops, heavy loads, and higher-speed driving. Each rotor is specified and tested for critical material properties and dimensional accuracy, including runout, hardness, tensile strength, grain structure, and ductility.

Depending on the vehicle application, EBC rotors may be produced at the company’s British foundry or sourced from approved manufacturing partners. All sourced components are specified, sampled, tested, and inspected to EBC standards. The GD7535 is intended as a direct-fit replacement-style rotor for the rear axle when matched to the correct Lexus configuration and brake pad application. Professional installation is recommended, along with inspection of calipers, pads, hardware, and related braking components before service.

Fitment: Designed for select 2010 and newer Lexus RX350 models with the 3.5-liter engine, subject to vehicle configuration and market. Verify the original equipment application, rear brake configuration, and FMSI pad number D1391 before ordering.
