All EBC rotors are made from OE spec grey cast iron, exactly as used on new car production and as many as we have tools for are BRITISH MADE wholly in our own UK foundry. Currently EVERY SINGLE ROTOR sold in Europe and the UK is BRITISH MADE and a majority of the designs specific to the USA are also BRITISH made.The British foundry is constantly expanding its in house tooled range but EBC like every brake manufacturer ....does need occasionally to buy some rotors in from approved sources to complete ranges in overseas markets. None of our competitors will ever tell you where their rotors come from and we at EBC are as disappointed as the rest of the world that cost pressure means there is not ONE foundry left in the USA to supply such parts, other brake brands when asked about origin will just sidestep the question. When we do buy rotors in, they are specified, sampled, tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness and optimum ductility and tested 100 piece by piece to be perfect for runout on this in house machine. The EBC GD7655 GD Sport Front Brake Rotors are engineered for 2013 and newer Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.2L engine and four-wheel drive. Designed for use with FMSI D1680 brake pads, these performance rotors provide dependable braking for daily driving, towing, hauling, truck, SUV, and sedan applications where improved heat management is important.

EBC manufactures its rotors from OE-spec grey cast iron, the same material used for original-equipment vehicle production. GD Sport rotors feature wide, precision-machined slots that help remove dirt, dust, and debris from the braking zone while promoting cooler operating temperatures. This design helps reduce brake fade during heavy loads, sustained highway speeds, and demanding towing conditions.

Where applicable, EBC produces its rotors in its British foundry using in-house tooling and controlled manufacturing processes. Rotors sourced from approved external suppliers are specified, sampled, and tested for material composition, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness, ductility, and runout. The EBC GD7655 is designed as a direct-fit front rotor solution for compatible Ford F-250 Super Duty applications, supporting consistent pedal response and reliable braking performance without unnecessary modifications.
