All EBC rotors are made from OE spec grey cast iron, exactly as used on new car production and as many as we have tools for are BRITISH MADE wholly in our own UK foundry. Currently EVERY SINGLE ROTOR sold in Europe and the UK is BRITISH MADE and a majority of the designs specific to the USA are also BRITISH made.The British foundry is constantly expanding its in house tooled range but EBC like every brake manufacturer ....does need occasionally to buy some rotors in from approved sources to complete ranges in overseas markets. None of our competitors will ever tell you where their rotors come from and we at EBC are as disappointed as the rest of the world that cost pressure means there is not ONE foundry left in the USA to supply such parts, other brake brands when asked about origin will just sidestep the question. When we do buy rotors in, they are specified, sampled, tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness and optimum ductility and tested 100 piece by piece to be perfect for runout on this in house machine. Upgrade the braking performance of your 2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JL with EBC GD7814 GD Sport rear brake rotors. Designed for vehicles using FMSI brake pad number D2172, these performance rotors are engineered to improve heat management, braking consistency, and resistance to brake fade during demanding driving conditions.

EBC manufactures its rotors from OE-spec gray cast iron, matching the material used in new-vehicle production. Where applicable, EBC produces rotors in its British foundry using in-house tooling and controlled manufacturing processes. Rotors sourced from approved suppliers are specified, sampled, and tested for elemental composition, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness, ductility, and runout to support dependable quality and consistent fitment.

The GD Sport design uses wide slots to help remove dirt, dust, and debris from the braking zone while promoting cooler brake operation. The slots also help reduce brake fade under load and at speed, making these rear rotors well suited for truck, SUV, towing, and everyday sedan applications where improved braking control is desired. Protective anodized finishes are used to help resist corrosion; this application features the finish specified for domestic vehicles.

What's Included: One pair of EBC GD Sport rear brake rotors. Brake pads and installation hardware are not included unless separately specified. Verify vehicle application, axle position, and FMSI pad number D2172 before ordering. This product is intended for automotive use and may carry a California Proposition 65 warning.
