Square drive buttons resist loosening and prevent vibration common with low cost circular rivets or buttons. Rotor blades are precision ground for fast and perfect pad bed-in. It uses German mill-rolled precision stainless steel rotor blades with a weight-reducing contoured profile mounted to a lightweight alloy center hub.

EBC’s patented SD square drive button technology helps resist loosening and reduces vibration commonly associated with low-cost circular rivets or buttons. The rotor blades are precision ground for rapid, consistent brake pad bed-in, while the finished braking surface is diamond ground to a smoothness of less than 2 microns. Each rotor is hand built and 100% inspected for accuracy and runout.

The MD4155XC is engineered as an OEM improvement, combining low weight, high strength, a precise fit, and a clean appearance. For proper installation and performance, new brake pads should be installed with the rotor. Choose compatible organic or sintered EBC brake pads separately.
