The pads feature EBC’s patented Brake-in coating to support a faster, more consistent bedding process.

The included rotors feature a Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating for extended resistance against rust, along with Geomet anti-rust protection. Each rotor is fully balanced and run-out tested to help promote smooth, stable braking. The Thermic Black coating does not need to be removed before installation; it is designed to wear away from the pad-swept area during the first several stops. Do not use brake cleaner or another method to remove the coating, as improper removal may void the EBC warranty.

This kit is listed for the front axle of select 2012-2015 Honda Civic models. Do not install upgraded pads on the rear axle unless the same level of upgrade is also fitted to the front. Verify vehicle configuration, axle position, and existing brake components before ordering.
