The EBC S12K R1044 rear brake pad and rotor kit combines high-efficiency EBC brake pads with premium rotors for dependable braking performance and a convenient installation solution. Designed for select Subaru Impreza applications, this kit helps provide smooth, consistent stopping performance while saving the expense and effort of purchasing separate brake components.

The brake pads feature EBC’s patented Brake-in coating to support proper bedding and consistent friction during initial use. The rotors are fully balanced and run-out tested to help minimize vibration and deliver smooth braking. A Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating helps protect the rotor surfaces against rust during storage and use. Do not remove this coating before installation. The coating is designed to wear away naturally from the pad-swept area during the first several stops. Do not use brake cleaner or other methods to remove it, as improper removal may void the EBC warranty.

This rear kit uses an S12K rotor design and FMSI D461 brake pad configuration for applicable Subaru Impreza models from 2002 through 2007, including select 2.0 Turbo WRX applications. EBC advises against fitting upgrade pads to the rear of a vehicle unless the same upgrade is fitted to the front. Verify the vehicle’s year, trim, drivetrain, and existing brake configuration before ordering.
