Do not use brake cleaner or any other method to remove the Thermic Black coating before installation. Attempts to remove the coating are not covered under the EBC warranty. EBC advises against fitting upgrade pads to the rear of a vehicle unless the same upgrade is also fitted to the front. Verify the vehicle application and braking configuration before installation.
