Spacers can only be used with wheels that have cut-outs (facing the hub) to clear the stock studs. Please check as follows: Original stud length (i.e. 35mm) minus spacer-thickness (i.e. 25mm) = 10mm excess stud length. The cut-out should have a depth of 11mm.

The high-strength aircraft-aluminum alloy construction helps reduce weight compared with traditional steel spacers while providing durable performance for street, performance, and off-road use where applicable. Eibach part number S90-4-17-001 is designed for a proper hub-centric fit on compatible Tesla applications.

Before installation, verify that the original wheel studs do not extend beyond the spacer into the wheel. These spacers require wheels with hub-side cutouts that provide sufficient clearance for the factory studs. As a general check, subtract the spacer thickness from the original stud length to determine the remaining stud projection, then confirm that the wheel’s cutout depth is adequate. Professional installation and verification of wheel, hub, lug hardware, and torque specifications are recommended.
