The Eibach Lift Block system is designed to increase the lift on solid-axle trucks that use leaf spring suspension. The Lift Block system consists of a pair precision machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum blocks, a set of U bolts to secure them to the axle, and bump stop spacers (when necessary). Available in 1" and 1.5" lift heights, Lift Blocks are the perfect complement to your PRO-TRUCK COILOVER or PRO-TRUCK-LIFT system. Block Height 2.5" / Lift Height 1.0"

The Eibach Pro-Truck Rear Lift Block Kit is designed for solid-axle trucks with leaf spring suspension. Part number LB81-35-059-03-02 adds 1 inch of rear lift to help level or enhance the stance of compatible 2021 and newer Ford F-150 models. The kit is engineered to work with Eibach Pro-Truck Sport Shocks and is an ideal complement to a Pro-Truck Coilover or Pro-Truck-Lift suspension system.
