The FOX Performance Series 2.0 remote reservoir front shock is engineered for lifted 2005-2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty applications. Part number 985-24-121 uses application-specific valving to improve on-road ride comfort, reduce vehicle sway, and provide predictable handling when driving off-road. Designed for trucks with approximately 2 to 3.5 inches of lift, this shock helps extend usable suspension travel and increase overall off-road capability.

FOX combines a race-developed main piston, FOX Racing oil, and an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas. This design supports consistent, fade-resistant damping during demanding use. The aluminum shock body dissipates heat faster than conventional steel construction, while corrosion-resistant materials and fully serviceable construction promote long-term durability in harsh environments.

The external reservoir improves heat management and helps maintain damping performance during extended off-road driving. A large heavy-duty 5/8-inch hard-chrome shaft, hourglass bushings, and black-anodized CNC-machined aluminum components provide strength and suspension articulation. An aluminum reservoir clamp is included for installation. This automotive component is not CARB approved, and California Proposition 65 requirements apply.
