The FOX Performance Series IFP Rear Shock, Part Number 987-24-026, is designed for 2005-2013 Toyota Tacoma models with rear-wheel drive. A 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body provides excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance compared with conventional shock materials. The internal floating piston separates gas and oil to deliver consistent, fade-resistant damping, while the race-developed main piston and high-flow velocity-sensitive design respond smoothly to changing terrain. FOX Type II clear anodizing adds protection for demanding environments.

The FOX Performance Series shock is fully rebuildable and re-tunable, allowing long-term serviceability as vehicle use and performance needs change. A hard-chrome shaft, corrosion-resistant construction, and torture-tested design support dependable operation for daily driving, towing, and recreational off-road use.
