Application specific valving to maximize performance. Uncompromised performance through FOX’s patented internal bypass technology delivers the feel of near-endless suspension travel. Exclusive internal bypass technology allows oil to flow around the piston at some points of the stroke – while creating humongous pressure at other points – supporting the vehicle like no other product can. Floating through terrain is accomplished with FOX’s ride zone – combining a race-developed shock piston, internal bypass and Dual Speed Compression adjustment – allowing fine tuning for weight, terrain and speed. Dominate any terrain with the brute strength of 3- and 2.5-inch aluminum bodies, cactus cooler reservoirs and 7/8” shafts with redundant seals, all proven in the harshest of environments under the toughest of conditions.

Developed from FOX off-road race shocks, this set combines application-specific valving with patented internal bypass technology to improve ride quality, suspension control, and damping performance across changing terrain.

The internal bypass system manages oil flow through multiple zones of the shock stroke, helping provide controlled support during compression and rebound while maintaining a smooth, compliant ride. FOX’s Ride Zone integrates a race-developed piston, internal bypass technology, and Dual Speed Compression adjustment, allowing the suspension to be tuned for vehicle weight, terrain, and driving speed. The result is a highly adjustable setup designed for demanding off-road use and improved handling on varied surfaces.

Built for durability, the FOX Factory Race Series set uses black-anodized CNC-machined aluminum components, an external reservoir system for rapid heat dissipation, and robust shock construction proven in harsh environments. Redundant seals, Teflon-lined heat-treated spherical bearings, and a durable zinc-plated seamless alloy body support long-lasting performance. The system is fully serviceable and tunable, helping extend product life and maintain performance over time. This kit is designed for approximately 0 to 2 inches of lift and includes coilover assemblies with Dual Speed Compression adjusters. Professional installation and vehicle-specific setup are recommended.
