Developed from FOX off-road race shocks, this application-specific system delivers race-proven damping performance, improved ride quality, and precise control across demanding terrain. Vehicle-specific valving is engineered to support the Raptor’s suspension characteristics while helping maintain stability, traction, and comfort at speed.

FOX patented internal bypass technology allows oil to flow around the piston through different portions of the shock stroke. This creates controlled damping zones that help provide a composed ride over small inputs while increasing support during larger impacts and aggressive suspension movement. The FOX ride zone combines a race-developed piston, internal bypass design, and Dual Speed Compression adjustment for fine tuning based on vehicle weight, terrain, and driving speed.

Built for severe off-road use, these rear shocks feature durable aluminum shock bodies, external reservoirs for rapid heat dissipation, and strong 7/8-inch shafts with redundant sealing for long-lasting performance. Quick-adjust bypass knobs make damping adjustments accessible, while ORB O-ring port fittings provide dependable sealing. The shocks are 100% serviceable and tunable, allowing maintenance and calibration over their service life. Black anodized CNC-machined aluminum components, heat-treated spherical bearings, and a zinc-plated seamless alloy body add durability in harsh environments.
