Exclusive internal bypass technology allows oil to flow around the piston at some points of the stroke – while creating humongous pressure at other points – supporting the vehicle like no other product can. Floating through terrain is accomplished with FOX’s ride zone – combining a race-developed shock piston, internal bypass and Dual Speed Compression adjustment – allowing fine tuning for weight, terrain and speed. Dominate any terrain with the brute strength of 3- and 2.5-inch aluminum bodies, cactus cooler reservoirs and 7/8” shafts with redundant seals, all proven in the harshest of environments under the toughest of conditions.

The FOX Factory Race Series FOX883-26-008 rear shock set is engineered for 2008–2018 Toyota Land Cruiser models with 0–1.5 inches of rear lift. Developed from FOX off-road race shocks, this application-specific suspension upgrade delivers controlled damping, improved ride quality, and race-proven performance for demanding trail and overland use.

Patented internal bypass technology manages oil flow through multiple zones of the shock stroke, helping provide a controlled feel through changing terrain and suspension speeds. The FOX ride zone combines a race-developed piston, internal bypass, and Dual Speed Compression adjustment so drivers can fine-tune damping for vehicle weight, terrain, and driving conditions. The external reservoir helps dissipate heat quickly, supporting consistent performance during extended off-road operation.

Built for harsh environments, these rear shocks use black anodized CNC-machined aluminum components, a durable zinc-plated seamless alloy body, and a 7/8-inch shaft with redundant seals. Application-specific valving is calibrated for the Toyota Land Cruiser platform, while the adjustable design provides additional tuning control without requiring a complete suspension replacement. This set is intended for rear suspension applications and includes one pair of FOX Factory Race Series shocks.
