The oversized aluminum shock body dissipates heat more efficiently than a steel body, while increased internal oil volume and race-developed high-flow pistons help maintain consistent damping during demanding off-road driving. An external reservoir further improves heat management and provides additional oil capacity for sustained performance. Black anodized, CNC-machined aluminum components deliver durable construction suited to harsh environments.

A 7/8-inch hard-chromed shock shaft and redundant seal pack help protect against wear, contamination, and extreme operating conditions. FOX Performance Elite shocks are fully serviceable, supporting long-term use and rebuildability.
