Developed from FOX off-road race shocks, the FOX883-26-099 combines vehicle-specific valving, increased oil capacity, and advanced adjustability to deliver improved ride quality, damping control, and extended wheel travel on demanding terrain.

Its 2.5-inch smooth-bore, impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body efficiently dissipates heat while the high-flow piston provides stronger damping and improved bottom-out resistance. The remote reservoir increases oil volume and is positioned to clear aggressive tires at full steering lock. A Dual Speed Compression adjuster allows separate tuning for low- and high-speed compression, helping drivers adapt performance for terrain, payload, and driving speed.

Built for harsh environments, the FOX883-26-099 features a 7/8-inch hard chrome-plated steel shaft and redundant sealing pack for long-term durability. The shock is fully serviceable, supporting continued maintenance and performance throughout its service life.
