The FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP coilover shock is designed for select 2009 and newer Ford F-150 2WD applications with up to 2 inches of lift. Part Number FOX983-02-052 combines application-specific valving with race-developed damping technology to improve ride comfort, control, and off-road capability. The coilover design supports extended droop travel in compatible applications while helping reduce body sway and maintain predictable handling on the road or trail.

An aluminum shock body helps dissipate heat more efficiently than conventional steel construction, supporting consistent, fade-resistant performance during demanding use. FOX's internal floating piston separates the shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas, helping maintain damping consistency and reducing aeration. The external reservoir system further improves heat management, while black anodized, CNC-machined aluminum components provide durability and corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

Built for long-term serviceability, this FOX shock features a redundant sealing system, a race-developed main piston, and Teflon-lined, heat-treated spherical bearings.
