The FOX Performance Series FOX987-24-020 front shock is engineered for 2017 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with a 4-6 inch suspension lift. Its application-specific valving helps deliver a comfortable on-road ride, reduced vehicle sway, and predictable handling during off-road driving. The smooth-body design uses race-proven damping technology to improve control across changing terrain and demanding conditions.

Built with a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body, this FOX shock dissipates heat efficiently for consistent, fade-resistant performance. A Type II clear-anodized finish improves corrosion resistance, while the 5/8-inch hard-chrome shaft is designed to withstand harsh environments and extended use. The internal floating piston separates gas from oil to maintain controlled damping, and the hydraulic top-out piston helps manage suspension extension.

The FOX Performance Series shock is fully rebuildable and re-tunable, allowing service and damping adjustments as vehicle use or suspension requirements change. Its high-flow, velocity-sensitive damping and vehicle-specific tune support improved off-road capability while maintaining a connected ride on pavement. This shock is designed for the front suspension and is sold individually.
