The FOX Performance Series 985-24-069 rear shock is engineered for 2012 and newer Ford Ranger 4WD applications with stock height through a 0-1.5-inch lift. Its vehicle-specific valving helps deliver a controlled, comfortable on-road ride while improving stability and predictable handling during off-road driving. The smooth-body IFP design provides consistent damping performance across changing terrain and demanding conditions.

A true internal floating piston separates the shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas to help reduce aeration and maintain reliable damping. The aluminum body dissipates heat efficiently, supporting fade-resistant performance during extended use. Designed for long-term serviceability, this FOX Performance Series shock features redundant sealing, black anodized CNC-machined aluminum components, and a durable powder-coated seamless alloy body.
