Gates GAT27008 - 5/8 in x 25 ft PVC/EEC Fuel Line Hose

This multi-purpose hose is for use on return fuel lines, PCV and EEC systems and for fuel return hose connections on diesel fuel injection systems. Approved for use with leaded and unleaded gasoline, diesel and gasoline blends of ethanol (E85), methanol and ethers (up to the legal limits allowed by the EPA).

The Gates GAT27008 multi-purpose fuel line hose is designed for return fuel lines, PCV and EEC systems, and fuel return hose connections on diesel fuel injection systems. It is approved for use with leaded and unleaded gasoline, diesel, and gasoline blends containing ethanol, methanol, and ethers up to the legal limits allowed by the EPA.

The hose features a tube upgraded to meet changes in fuel characteristics, with resistance to heat and oil. Its cover resists heat, oil, ozone, and weathering, while the spiral-reinforced construction supports dependable service in applicable return-line and emissions-system applications.

Temperature range for gasoline blends is -40°F to +257°F. The hose meets the requirements of SAE J30R7 and DIN 73379, except for tolerances. It is not intended for pressure lines on fuel-injected engines or cooling system applications; Gates recommends Barricade Fuel Injection hose for fuel-injection applications.
