Gates gat40G4683 G-Force WorkHorse CVT Drive Belt

G-Force WorkHorse? Our newest Gates G-Force WorkHorse CVT belt, is engineered to handle the toughest tasks and trails, optimized for vehicles with engines less than 800cc. 1993 Arctic Cat, Inc., 440ZR, 440cc, Drive

• Proprietary Ethylene Elastomer (EE) compound creates improved axial stiffness and increased heat tolerance for higher loads, higher peak torque, less heat fade, and less speed loss
• High tensile aramid cord maximizes acceleration, shock load resistance, and extreme fatigue resistance; great for hauling heavy loads across aggressive terrain
• Improved durability, crack & wear-resistance provides up to 2x the life of the original G-Force Belt
• Not for use in turbocharged or heavily modified engine applications

The Gates G-Force WorkHorse CVT drive belt is engineered for powersports vehicles with engines less than 800cc and demanding work or trail use. Its proprietary Ethylene Elastomer (EE) compound is designed to improve axial stiffness and heat tolerance, supporting higher loads, increased peak torque, reduced heat fade, and less speed loss.

A high-tensile aramid cord helps maximize acceleration, shock-load resistance, and fatigue resistance for hauling heavy loads across aggressive terrain. Improved durability and resistance to cracking and wear provide up to twice the life of the original G-Force belt. This belt is not intended for turbocharged or heavily modified engine applications.

Key Features & Performance Benefits

• EE compound: Improves axial stiffness and heat tolerance for demanding operating conditions.
• High-load performance: Supports higher loads and peak torque with less heat fade and speed loss.
• Aramid cord construction: Maximizes acceleration, shock-load resistance, and fatigue resistance.
• Durability: Provides improved crack and wear resistance with up to 2x the life of the original G-Force belt.
