The K&N 57-3092 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing on specific Chevrolet Camaro SS models. This K&N Engineering intake system includes a chrome-topped, washable, and reusable cone air filter, along with a heat shield that installs in the original air box location to help isolate the filter from engine-bay heat. The intake tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor and crankcase vent hose, while the system uses existing factory mounting points for a straightforward installation that can typically be completed in 90 minutes or less.
