This complete header and connection pipe package is engineered for the 5.0L 4V V8 and combines large 1-7/8-inch primary tubes with 3-inch collectors to improve exhaust flow, support increased power, and deliver the high-performance sound expected from a Kooks system.

Each header is handcrafted in the USA from T304 aircraft-quality stainless steel and features 3/8-inch-thick laser-cut flanges, mandrel-bent primary tubes, dual-bolt-pattern header flanges, and Kooks' patented scavenging spike. The included performance catted connection pipes use 400-cell high-flow catalytic converters and OEM-style adapters for a straightforward installation without additional parts. Oxygen sensor bungs, extension harnesses, gaskets, clamps, and the required bolt kit are included.

These headers and catted connection pipes are dyno and race tested for maximum performance and backed by Kooks' limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. The standard race catalytic converters are not intended for forced-induction applications. This product is EPA compliant as described by the manufacturer but is not CARB approved. Fitment includes select 2015-2024 Ford Mustang GT and Dark Horse models equipped with the 5.0L 4V V8 engine; verify vehicle configuration before ordering.
