Designed for 2005-2008 Chevrolet Corvette models equipped with the 6.0L LS2 or 6.2L LS3 engine, this system combines 1-7/8-inch long tube headers with a catted X-pipe for improved exhaust flow, strong power potential, and an aggressive performance sound. The kit connects to the vehicle’s 2-1/2-inch OEM-style exhaust system.

Kooks Headers manufactures this system in the USA using T304 aircraft-quality stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. The headers and connection components are dyno and race tested to support maximum power for street, race, and off-road applications. As with other Kooks products, the KSH2160H421 is backed by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This application is EPA compliant; however, it is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use in emissions-controlled applications requiring CARB certification.
