The Manley Performance MAN191832 PRO SERIES stroker crankshaft is designed for Gen III small block HEMI engines. Manufactured from a forged 4340 steel material and featuring a 4.050-inch stroke, it can convert a 5.7L engine to 392 cubic inches and a 6.1L or 6.4L engine to 426 cubic inches. The crankshaft uses small block Chevy small-journal rod pins with 2.000-inch diameters and widths, providing taller side walls on the rod journals for improved oil control and reduced windage.
This crankshaft has counterweights profiled for 6.125-inch connecting rods and includes a 32-tooth reluctor wheel. Its multi-step heat-treated and nitrided forged construction is complemented by micro-polished large-radius journals, gun-drilled mains, lightened rod journals, stress relief, shot peening and 100% magnaflux inspection. The dual-keyed post is designed for supercharger drive pulleys. Narrow rod bearings are required. The stock timing crank gear may need chamfering to clear the larger crankshaft snout radius. All 2012 and earlier 58-tooth reluctor wheels have a 0.170-inch tooth width, and all reluctor wheels are attached with four fasteners.
What's Included: Manley Performance forged crankshaft with 32-tooth reluctor wheel.
