The 2017+ Ford Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke is one of the most capable and reliable trucks on the road today. But, when Mishimoto heard about 6.7L Powerstroke air-to-water intercoolers leaking internally, we set to work making the 6.7L Powerstroke even better. The Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler brings even more reliability to the 6.7L by ditching the stamped and stacked plate stock design. Instead, our intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to the robust bar-and-plate core. The cast end-tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks. Further durability is added by the inclusion of a mandrel-bent cold-side pipe and silicone couplers with Duracoreandtrade High-efficiency intercooler engineered to reduce intake air temperatures for improved power and engine performance. Durable construction ensures optimal heat exchange, consistent boost, and a precise, reliable fit.

The Mishimoto misMMINT-F2D-17BK air-to-water intercooler is designed for 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. It replaces the stamped and stacked-plate stock intercooler design with a robust bar-and-plate core and cast aluminum end tanks. The end tanks are precision TIG welded to the core to help reduce potential leak points and provide improved durability.

Engineered to reduce intake air temperatures, this intercooler supports improved power and engine performance while maintaining consistent boost and a reliable fit. Compared with the stock 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler, it provides 22 percent greater airflow. Dyno testing has demonstrated a 40 lb-ft torque gain without other modifications.

The intercooler includes a mandrel-bent cold-side pipe and silicone couplers featuring Duracore construction. Fitment includes 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty and 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty applications equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. This product is EPA compliant and has CARB EO number D-759-4.
