Vibrant Performance Braided Flex Hoses are available in Stainless Steel and Nylon braided covers which provide excellent abrasion resistance and surrounds a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner. Our Braided Flex Hoses are suitable for oil, water, fuel, coolant and vacuum service. Also suitable for E85 and methanol use but fumes will permeate through this type of hose when fuel is left stagnant for long periods of time. See our PTFE Flex Hose for extended E85 and methanol use. These hoses are NOT suitable for use as brake lines or other hydraulic pressure lines, nor are they suited for extended submersion in fuel or oil (not recommended for in-tank applications). Operating temperature range: -40 Degrees F to 300 Degrees F (-40 Degrees C to 150 Degrees C).

The Vibrant VIB11984B -4 AN Two-Tone Black/Blue Nylon Braided Flex Hose features a nylon braided cover surrounding a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner. The braided construction provides excellent abrasion resistance for automotive fluid-service applications.

This flex hose is suitable for oil, water, fuel, coolant and vacuum service. It can also be used with E85 and methanol, although fumes may permeate through the hose when fuel remains stagnant for extended periods. Vibrant recommends PTFE Flex Hose for extended E85 and methanol use.
